Appearing in a directory or trade fair does not prove execution capability. Review legal identity, facility, certificates, capacity and export experience according to risk.
Normalize commercial offers
Request price, currency, MOQ, lead time, Incoterms, offer validity and packaging in one table. Do not compare prices before aligning delivery points and inclusions.
Turn selection into an execution plan
Tie samples, inspection, payment, documents, booking and shipment to owners, dates and approval gates. Structured follow-through matters more than a long supplier list.
