Market entry and brand building in Brazil
From the market question and entry channel to trademark work and the first 90-day test.
Turn the goal into a decision question
Instead of asking whether the market is good, ask who the first customer is, which problem matters, what price and channel work, and which evidence unlocks scale.
Choose a testable entry channel
Compare distributor, representative, direct sales, partner and local entity. Start with a channel that creates learning without excessive fixed commitment.
Check the trademark early
Search for conflicts and define classes, owner and filing plan before major brand or distribution spending. Confirm trademark steps through INPI and local counsel.
Design a 90-day validation sprint
Set target accounts, interviews, pilot offers, acceptance metrics and a decision date. The sprint should end with a clear expand, adapt or stop recommendation.
